Return and Refund Policy
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear once the packaging has been opened. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart before purchasing to ensure the right fit.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can initiate a return on your Urban Adventures Order within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
New, unworn, and unwashed clothing items excluding innerwear may be returned for a refund within 14 days, with proof of purchase. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
